Our products are processed daily: since their collection, they are perfectly packaged in a few hours, going through the most strict quality and safety controls given by European Union. Monjardin´s philosophy of respect for the environment that is, it encompasses from those people who work the land to those people who process and pack the products.

Products such as white asparagus or green asparagus are collected at night and the are packaged during the next day. Thanks to this way of working, we can take advantage of the purity and value of theses products

Our secret is losing a short time in these processes in order to preserve the authenticity of our products. Consequently, we have implemented a manual system to process and pack the products in an agile and accurate way that guarantees the authentic flavour and colour of our products.
